Items paid by paypal must ship to the paypal address used when paying, no exceptions. If your paypal address does not match the address where you would like your computer shipped to, please add and then select your ship to address within paypal BEFORE and upon making payment.
With Credit Card:

8.1% Sales Tax will be charged for Arizona orders.
Shipping:
All computers are shipped via UPS Ground. Please be advised that post office boxes without a physical address will be shipped via USPS Parcel Mail. Also, a signature will be required for ALL deliveries.

Warranty and Returns:
With your purchase we provide a 7 day money back guarantee and a full 30 day parts and labor warranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact our customer service department at [email protected]. Your purchase will be refunded less shipping and handling. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping upon any repairs or returns and in the case of a refund, a $30 outbound (us to you) shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
The warranty on parts and labor is for 30 Days by The Computer Store. Warranty applies to hardware only, not software. Software issues are not covered. These computers are previously used, professionally refurbished, and fully functional. They may have some signs of previous use including minor scratches.
